Killarney Riding Stables

Guided Trail rides in Killarney National Park. All levels of skill are welcome on these daily rides through Killarney National park. The stables are open daily throughout the year. Riders can choose from one, two and three hour treks through the park, north of Lough Leane and taking in views of Ross Castle, Ross Island, Innisfallen Island and their surrounding mountains. Riders can be collected free of charge within a three-mile radius of the centre once advance notice is given. All rides are supervised by guides with special care taken of nervous or beginner riders, all levels of riding experience are catered for (walk, trot and canter depending on ability), riders are grouped according to their abilities.

Rossbeigh Beach Riding Centre is a family run business by Gerard and Niamh Burke. It is located on the world-renowned Ring of Kerry and has established a reputation in recent years as “a trekker’s paradise”. The Centre has been up and running since the Summer of 2000.

Thirty minutes from Killarney town, Rossbeigh Beach Riding Centre, Burke’s Horse Trekking Centre provides horses and ponies for people of all ages (over 8) and caters for novice riders, first-timers and experienced riders. All of the treks go to the beach.
