Ireland Bikefest 2023

Ireland bikefest

Rev up your engines because Ireland Bikefest returns to Killarney for its 15th year here. The weekend consists of an amazing line-up of the best international cover and tribute bands to rock your socks off to. Best of all is that all the entertainment is free to watch. 

There will be hundreds of motorbike enthusiasts in the town and a parade of all the bikes on the Sunday of the final day. Don’t miss one if Killarney’s largest festivals on the June Bank Holiday weekend. (June 2nd – 5th). More information here. 

Make at Muckross: Cruinniú na nÓg

There will be free process art workshops taking place at The Schoolhouse in Muckross Farms. Suitable for ages 5+. Younger children are welcome to join in with the help of a parent/guardian. Parent and child workshop. 

This promises to be a day of creativity and most importantly fun.

K Town hard groove take over

Get ready for an electrifying night of pulsating beats and infectious rhythms as K Town is taken over for a night of hard grooves. This immersive event is a celebration of the underground music scene, bringing together the best of hard groove, techno, and electronic sounds in one unforgettable experience.

comedy shows in killarney

Killarney is a comedy hotspot and there is no shortage of comedy shows being held at various bars throughout the town. 

On June 7th at Courtney’s Bar, Kevin McGahern headlines Kerry Comedy Club. He will be joined by Sinead Quinlan as well as MC Fred Cooke. For tickets see here. 

On June 20th at The Laurels Bar, Johnny & Diarmuid from Killarney Stand Up Comedy will host a night guaranteed to be filled with laughs. For tickets see here.

Killarney House & Gardens - Destination Killarney

Film screening at killarney house

A selection of films made by SONAR & ELF (Emerging Limerick Filmmakers) with support from KIFF will be played at Killarney House with a Q & A after on June 10th. This is a unique opportunity to get to witness the work of some young and up and coming filmmakers with a great chance for dialogue about their work after.
