Terms & Conditions Killarney Railbreaks
It is important to the management and staff of Destination Killarney that your stay in our hotels is an enjoyable and memorable occasion. In order to avoid any confusion during your stay, you may wish to familiarise yourself with the following important information.
Settlement Terms
We require full payment at time of booking
Methods of Payment
You can pay with all major credit cards or by Laser.
Cancellation policy
In the event that you wish to cancel your booking, ie 7 days or more prior to arrival an automatic service fee of €30 pp applies.
If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours of arrival you will forfeit 50%. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival you will forfeit 100%. Refunds
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
There are no refunds if you do not avail of entertainment or train on your package. (This is an all inclusive package) Train Tickets
It is important to note that your train ticket is non-transferable and it cannot be used on any other trains or dates.
Please retain your train ticket for your return train trip. Train Timetable
Train timetables may be subject to change or cancellation. However, you will receive notification from Killarney Rail Breaks as far in advance as possible
Entertainment
All Entertainment acts are booked in good faith and may be subject to change or cancellation without prior notice
Luggage
You are responsible for your own luggage at all times ie. Taking it on/off train and on/off shuttle service.
